Why buy samples?

Fragrances are expensive and hard to try-on in store, following the pandemic and a recent increase in demand for the products. Samples allow customers between weeks and months to use and decide whether they are sufficiently interested in the scent and also allow people who could otherwise not justify purchasing entire bottles an ability to wear certain scents.

How are the orders packaged?

All fragrances are decanted into atomisers specific to their size. All 3ml and 5ml decants are in plastic atomisers and the 10ml decants are in glass atomisers. A label to specify the product's fragrance and size is applied to the atomiser and then the vials are placed in jewellery pouches. All orders are then delivered in padded mailers.

How long does shipping take?

Our courier, 'Sendle' endeavours to have all orders delivered Australia wide in under ten business days, with the majority of orders being delivered within five business days. However, public holidays, an influx of orders and unforeseen weather events can all slow down the shipping process.

Where can I order from?

Currently, we can only ship within Australia, however we aim to expand globally in the future. 

Are the products genuine?

All the fragrances are 100% genuine products, decanted straight from designer and niche brand's fragrance bottles.
